Baby Mouse- Graphic Novels
A silly, imaginative, girly mouse who has epic adventures told in a graphic novel setting?!? Sign my daughter up!
We first discovered Baby Mouse on a random library trip and the rest is history. D was seven years old and starting to read chapter books. I feel like there was “click” when she found this series. She started reading more and more for enjoyment instead of me having to tell her it was reading time.
She quickly checked out all 20 books in the series and wanted to own them. It was coming up on her birthday and her aunt and uncle bought her the whole set. Two years later she still picks up these books and reads them over and over again.
As a parent I am thankful that she found something to click and help her love to read.
Who do I think would love this series?
Any girl who likes to be imaginative, has a silly sense of humor and enjoys laughing. The reading level states ages 6-9 however I think younger kids would enjoy them too. These are a quick read for 9 year olds but I still think they are enjoyable.
